Create an empty Folder on your Desktop
Download the zip file and place it in the folder
Expand the Zip file into the Empty Folder
Copy the all files to the CD Image and burn the CD
The CD should auto-launch when inserted into a drive.
The CD now contains an entire copy of the Website
and can be used independent of internet access
The Website/Folder can also be used directly
from the Desktop without an internet connection
